We’ll be there, whatever your needs are and for as long as you need us. After hand over and launch you have two options. Or a combination of both.

 

MAINTENANCE
We will manage your site for you, implementing any updates necessary in a timely manner, for as long as you require for a monthly fee.  This pretty much means we are on hand 24-7-365 for any edits, updates and additions.
 

TRAINING
We train you and/or your key staff to do the maintenance, offering a hand-holding service until they’re confident to ditch their training wheels.
 

THE COMBO
Does what it says on the tin; we maintain and we train. We maintain the site for a set period, while you feel your feet, and establish the needs of the business now that you’ve got your amazing new website. During that time, we give you a two-hour workshop for up to five people to train them in key aspects of the content management system, so you can introduce relevant personnel to the back end of the new site.

WIX EXTENDED TRAINING COURSES

Sian is also able to offer specific training for all levels of Wix use. Whether it's basic stuff for editing a website or the full monty of building one from scratch. She is a Certified Wix Trainer and has taught hundreds of people to use the Wix platform. Training can be bespoke for the needs of the individual or the organisation.
